I can honestly say this is a great place to store your stuff. It has gotten a good bit more expensive than since I have started but they definitely have comparable rates to everywhere else in the springs. The gated access is really convenient, especially when it comes to getting in before or after hours. It would be nice though to have 24 hour access since it is gated with a code. Otherwise it’s been a great experience this far.

Maggie is wonderful. Each time I’ve called and spoken with her, she’s been incredibly helpful and very quick to respond, and if she is not able to help me with a particular issue, she has been able to escalate and ask the person who can. It’s very refreshing customer service - I’ve been so happy using Extra space storage and working with her! Recently I had a difficult billing question, that was resolved within a few days. Would recommend - I can’t speak for other storage spaces, as I’ve only used this one and one other, years back, but what moves me to write this review and remain a customer at this unit is people like Maggie. :)

I’ve had to move around a lot, and store some things while I did, but this extra space storage place really is a cut above the rest. The facility is clean, simple to get into, and the manager is ridiculously cool and nice. She really made me feel at home and was welcoming, and I know my things are in a good, and safe space. Thanks

Since we have moved our valuables to this facility it has been smooth and the staff always nice, cheerful and helpful…. Maggie was awesome and I appreciate her assistance. Stetson Hills and Austin Bluffs is top notch!
