I’m sure it’s Extra Space in general, but they will up-charge you like no other come renewal. Black Friday deal for $32 that lasted 4 months (wasn’t disclosed when the increase would happen, or how much, but I figured it wouldn’t be a bad jump for a closet). It went up to $40, no big deal. Then come renewal after a year and they wanted $65. No explanation, just an email notifying me. I had a 10x4 storage unit. 2 of them actually. 10x4 at the same location was $42 if I were to just… rent another one come time of my increase, but mine, at the prime location of 2nd floor clear down the end of the building was $65? Ha. No. I’ll gladly move out in a matter of minutes. So I moved buildings entirely. Same Extra Space company, got a new deal on a 10x15 for $45 for a 4 month period, then $80 a month after that, and will probably leave the rental again when the promotion is up and simply move my stuff into another storage unit. I hear that’s the game. Small workout for heaps of savings. That’s what I’ll be doing.

A company I work with utilized ExtraSpace Storage to hold furniture during a renovation project. Both Chris and Linda were amazing to work with and accommodating to our timelines. Spaces are large and the facility is well maintained. Highly recommend if you need short or long term storage.
