After I paid, the code provided didn't work so I was unable to move into the unit when I needed it. There is no support on a Sunday so I am dead in the water. Another renter let me in but you need the code to get out as well so I was trapped. I finally got someone on the phone by using my wife's phone number because they are happy to sign up new customers on a Sunday but they don't want to help existing ones. They actually redirect existing phone numbers to hung up on you. After tricking the system to speak with a sales person the solution to being trapped was to call the cops to come let me out. 3 hours of my life that I won't get back and now I have things in a unit I can't get out. Such a stressful day for something that should have been such a simple thing.
