Steer clear of this storage facility. Management is rude and doesn’t like feedback on their business policies. She was very rude and defensive and constantly interrupted me while i was trying to talk. Just because she didn’t like my opinion she refused to help me in any way. Our unit was broken into. Obvious the reason is because their gate never works. So the facility is not secure. The reception in that area for any cell phone or Wi-Fi is terrible. Their units are dirty, and we have found mouse droppings all over the units. No improvements are ever made and still this place will more than double your rent within the first year. They tell you the reason for such a steep increase after 3 months is because you were paying a “promotional” rate. But then 3 months later they increase the rent by the same amount. So, don’t be fooled by their move in price. It WILL increase by a minimum of $100 every 3 months until you move out.

This place sucks! They bait you with a low move in price and then up the rent $100 every 3 month! Absolutely criminal. They up the rent until you cant afford it so they can steal your stuff! Dont use this worthless place! Update: typical of a response from you to send me to a phone number that does not have a human. Terrible customer service. Criminal Payment system. Maybe Nick Shirley needs to get involved and expose your fraud! Lol
