I needed access to a particular sized storage unit for my move and Yvette called me back with my options. She also caught my mistake when I accidentally rented two units when I only needed one. She quickly fixed my mistake and was friendly while she did it.

Kristen, the site manager, went beyond what was required. I felt my things were safe here with all the extra security she brought to this location.. I have never seen a manager patrol and endlessly clean the storage area as often as her. Always available, always had answers, always looking out for her customers needs.

The lowry Extra space storage had been phenomenal, not only is it in a converted source hanger, but it's clean, well maintained, affordable and the staff had been so kind and friendly every time I come in to get moving boxes over and over again because I didn't know how many I would need. Thank you extra space storage

The team at this location is responsive, friendly, and accommodating. The manager Kristen is awesome, she helped me transfer units to a climate controlled unit from one that wasn’t controlled and the process was super easy. She gave me all the information I needed and provided multiple options to help fit my needs. I highly recommend this location because of the great service and good value I have received. On top of that, the location is very clean, carts are always available, and it’s not busy inside, plenty of room to move stuff in and out. I love that you can drive inside too, with easy access from my vehicle to the storage unit without worrying about the weather.
