I rent multiple units here and they’ve raised the prices recently unexpectedly which has made me look for a new storage facility. Thank god they got new managers tho because the last ones were beyond horrible people. So

Clean, easy to access storage. Front desk staff are helpful and friendly. The new Managment has added more carts alleviating a previous problem. My primary complaint is that the new owner doubled the price with 30 days notice over the holidays. I expected 10% to 15% but an almost 100% increase seemed abusive! They backed off a bit when we complained but noted that they could legally raise rent by $99 at any time—I don’t know if that is monthly or annually. I would be concerned about rate increases if I were entering the lease now. Happy that we were able to move out quickly. It was great for the time we had the unit.
