Storage facility is nice and secure. Pricing practices seem criminal. They just raise rates and raise rates and raise rates. No contracts so there is nothing you can do to lock in a price. What a rotten business model, they buy up competition then eliminate contracts so they can just raise rates whenever they want. Do not store with them.
