Kendrick was super helpful outside of standard operating hours! I got to the storage unit for first access outside of office hours and had movers coming early the next day, but the unit was locked and the office was closed on Sunday. I got in touch with customer service who gave me Kendrick’s direct line and he was able to unlock the unit before my movers arrived. Highly recommend! Only downside to the unit is that there’s no cell service inside and no WiFi outside of the office, unfortunately.
