I was instructed to arrive at 5:00 p.m. to show my I.D. before the store closed at 6:00 p.m. When I arrived at 5:00 p.m., the door was locked. I knocked, and the store manager, Kendrick G., briefly opened the door and told me—very rudely—that he was on his lunch break and would not return until 5:30 p.m. I was surprised, as it is unusual to take a lunch break 30 minutes before closing. His attitude and lack of professionalism were disappointing. Based on this experience, I would not recommend doing business at this location due to the poor customer service.
