Kai was really great to work with and very nice! She showed us a few units and shared with us what might be best at the same time not forcing to rent anything crazy expensive! I highly recommend this storage spot.

Over the past several winters, I've used various Extra Space storage facilities in Eastern Connecticut to store an automobile. It's always been a good experience: Clean, secure, and easy. Special shout out to the excellent people at the facility in Enfield!

The customer service was excellent. Not only were the staff members knowledgeable, they were upbeat and friendly. I was greeted with warm smiles and a hearty welcome at no cost. I was shown the unit and all paperwork was fully explained before I became a customer. The space was clean in the unit and the office. The prices were very affordable and they offered insurance on site. I was eager to give them my business.

The best storage place I've been to. A large facility in a great location. It was clean, neat, and the staff is wonderful. This was a needed breath of fresh air during a stressful life event (moving).

The facility is clean, but interior lighting is poor, and cubicles have no internal light at all. Gradually, the fees increase, and although each increment is not significant, the impact over time is that the facility has become very expensive.

Friendly, kind, and helpful staff. The storage structures could use some updating. I tried an outdoor and indoor unit for about 8 months. When leaving, I found a spider’s nest and mildew on the furniture I had stored there - even though they had been wrapped in plastic. The ceilings in both the units looked like they had mold or mildew growing on them. I would not recommend storing personally valuable items for more than a couple months. The units are dark, humid and worn down.
