It is rare to get excellent customer service at a storage facility, but Shana is awesome! She was a big help in choosing sizes and getting me started on my move. The facility is sparkling clean and obviously very well run.

Shayna was great. I had to rent a 10x15 last minute last night. She helped us transfer to another unit today that was in a better location. No hassle, no additional cost. Protip, if you're transferring spaces, do the trade up in the last week of your monthly contract period. They dont prorate monthly if you've already paid for the month. This was the biggest downside of the transaction.

Excellent customer service. Friendly and fair. Clean and secure. Climate control works great. Convenient location. My only complaint is the price, which seems to frequently inch upward. You will pay top dollar for quality, but if price is not an option they are well worth it.
