Facility is clean, easy to access, and everything seems high quality. Josh helped me with my new unit and a bunch of questions, and swept up broken remains of my crock pot lid after I dropped it, very helpful and friendly

My wife and I had the opportunity of speaking with Josh today, and our experience was more than outstanding. Josh was attentive, knowledgeable, and one of the most pleasant people we have dealt with in a long time. This is a great storage company. The location is convenient, the facility is well lighted, safe & secure. The storage areas are big, well maintained and extremely clean. The personnel are friendly and knowledgeable & I really appreciated the moving trolleys they provide - made the moving experience that much more manageable!
