What a pleasant and simple process this was - as a first time storage unit gal. The office staff, Josh, was professional and very helpful. He was kind, polite and very thorough in his explanation of the rental process, fees and any questions I presented. The facility is as clean as a whistle - it even smells clean. There is great lighting, and easy access.There are several rolling trolleys to facilitate moving items. There are cameras throughout, which adds a good sense of security - always a welcome feeling. This was a good choice, I would recommend Extra Space Storage. Thanks for your help, Josh, great work!

Joshua was extremely helpful to help me understand the process of transferring my units and didn't try to con me into something I didn't need. He was very pleasent, attentive, and patient as well. I recommend this place to anyone, and they serve the best rates around. Never have had an issue.
