????? Everything was extremely clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate. We received great assistance from Toni—she was very personable, helpful, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. We’re very happy with our rental unit, the prices are great, and we would definitely recommend Extra Space Storage to others!

I just stopped in the parking lot because I was having car trouble with my young daughter when an employee opened the door and started screaming at me to move my car and telling me that I was doing drugs and been there twice in the day which I’m not even from West Haven I just pulled over to check my car. They were rude. Very unprofessional and a very unkept place of business. I would never put any of my belongings in a place that is that gross and so rude. Their workers need to learn people skills
