We had a great experience with Danielle Duncan this week. There was a mix up with the unit we had reserved and it was given away to someone else. Danielle quickly helped find a solution and was very nice to deal with throughout the whole process. You could tell she prioritized customer service. Very happy with our experience!

Danielle has been so so kind in helping me get my first storage unit. There was some miscommunication and essentially my name was spelled wrong.
