I'm in Connecticut and needed immediate storage for a situation that came up in Punta Gorda, Florida. I called Extra Space Storage at about 3:30 in the afternoon. I was a little stressed out after learning that I had the remainder of that day to move some things. Lindy at Extra Space was super helpful and patient, as my phone chose that time to start acting up and I had to call back several times to get her the information that she needed. She was humorous and personable and made what was a tense situation on my end a piece of cake. Extra Space Storage is lucky to have her. Thanks again, Lindy!

There isn't a better hassle free storage facility around. I rented the unit five years ago here, and I've always treated respect as always given the best customer service. I just rented another unit this past week and the young lady behind the counter, which was the same person yet again, didn't surprise me but Delivered 100% hassle free transaction once again. Recommend the facility. Super clean, super friendly pricing especially if you're on a budget like myself.

Lyndy Lord-Cooper the Punta Gorda Office Manager has been nothing but phenomenal. We rented a large unit while showing our home for sale as we were moving locally. My late husband’s belongings were transferred to a smaller unit once the move was complete. Lyndy helped me throughout the whole process so my late husband’s family could take over the rental. The facility is super clean and has security gates and staff member at night.
