Awesome facility! The only bad thing I found is that you can't constantly go in and out before 9:30 am. You have to enter your passcode every time for the glass doors.

EXTRA SPACE STORAGE IN BROOKSVILLE WAS DEFINITELY A GREAT EXPERIENCE. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT.. I CAME RIGHT AT CLOSING AND JESSICA HELPED ME GET FULLY SET UP IMMEDIATELY. I CAME BACK THE NEXT DAY TO PUT MY BELONGINGS IN THE STORAGE AND SHE IMMEDIATELY CAME OUT TO MAKE SURE I KNEW WHERE EVERYTHING WAS. AGAIN. THIS WAS DEFINITELY THE BEST STORAGE EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD. IT WAS DEFINITELY WHAT I NEEDED BASED ON THE CIRCUMSTANCES DEATH IN MY FAMILY. I RECOMMEND THIS STORAGE IF YOU NEED ONE.

I rented it for about two months. The prices are up front, no crazy changes. The move in was supper easy and so was the moving out. Overall, I had a good experience with no issues.

Jessica was amazing and so much help getting me set up with my unit. This being my first time having one I needed an extra hand and she was exactly that. The building and around the units was very clean and organized. So glad I chose this facility.

If I could give a million stars I would! This storage facility is the place you need to store your items. Everything is super clean, well maintained and the two ladies in the office are top notch. They are the definition of what customer service is supposed to be! I will always use them. Their pricing is better than other storage facilities in the area and knowing your items are safe = peace of mind! Thank you lovely ladies for everything!

This place is very clean, quiet, and I am able to get to my storage unit fairly quickly. The only thing to recommend is that I wish there were signs directing the numbers of the storage units, instead of me having to figure out which is which.
