The idea of finding a storage unit from states away was terrifying. But gosh am I glad to have found Extra Space in Celebration. Rob made the entire process quick and easy. All the stress of moving things to a new state and into a unit vanished. He even helped me figure out the lock situation when my concept of basic geometry failed.....in my defense I just finished an 18 hour drive! 10/10 would recommend this location. It is clean, safe, and well cared for. Thanks Extra Space!

Extra Space Storage in Celebration, Fl is AMAZING! From the moment you step in everything is clean and quite fancy looking actually. The customer service is incredible and the facility is top of the line. We feel very confident having a place where we can store our things and not worry about whether they will be okay. Climate control and the great prices makes it the place to rent. We recommend it to every one!

A great experience so far with Extra Space Storage in Celebration. Due to the pandemic, our entire booking was handled through phone calls and emails. We worked with both Jackie and Rob. Jackie was fantastic with dealing with my crazy schedule which required her to follow up with me several times. Rob assisted me through signing the digital paperwork step by step over the phone. He then provided me with easy to follow instructions on how to access the facility and unit. The facility was well lit. I would feel comfortable coming by myself later at night. The facility consists of 2 buildings with a covered loading/unloading area between. My one complaint is that I wish the loading area was larger. The direction of traffic is meant to be one way around the building. If 2 vehicles parked next to eachother in the loading area, other vehicles could not get through requiring them to turn around and go against the one way arrows. The building is in the same lot as a McDonalds and 7-eleven which made it very convenient for a quick lunch and fuel up. Both the outside and inside of the facility were spotless. As explained in our confirmation email, our lock and key were just inside the unit's door. We were pleased that there were plenty of moving carts available just inside the door. At a previous storage unit, we had to cross our fingers that a cart would be available and more than once we would have to walk the hallways to find one. Another nice feature is that there are both bathrooms and drinking fountains available inside each building. Unfortunately, I cannot comment on the actual bathroom as they were temporarily closed due to the pandemic.

Going forward I had called various storage places and finally decided with Extra Space. I was grateful with Rob because he followed up immediately, also has excellent Customer Service skills. Prices are the best as well. I will definitely follow up this rating when I am ready to terminate my contract in a couple of months.
