My associate was Jamie and while she wasn't able to fix my problems due to policies at extra space she did take the time after a phone call to do some research for me and save me almost $200 a month on my units and I really appreciate that after she wasn't able to help my initial problem she still found something to make my day better That's true initiative and should be rewarded.
