Positives: Easy to use phone application that integrates with entry and elevator access. The general safety and security seems to be very strong. Carts offered for moving heavy items easier. Unfortunately: I've been getting concerned about a very consistent unpleasant odor that is present throughout the building. It's very difficult for me to handle I have to wear a face mask to get in and out without puking. There could be more sweeping and mopping of the halls and bathroom.

From the moment I arrived, he went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. He’s professional, patient, and genuinely cares about helping people. You can tell he takes pride in keeping the property clean, organized, and secure. Moving and storing belongings can be overwhelming, but Ken’s kindness and calm demeanor made it feel easy.
