Extra Space Storage was awesome! they were beyond nice and helpful on the phone. They offered me an incredible deal. The storage unit and place itself was so clean and nice. Getting my keys and unit was such a smooth process. I definitely recommend using this company

Employee at the desk was very helpful, and helped me find the right sized units when my first reservation wasn't large enough due to very short ceilings on the 2nd floor units ( about 8 feet tall). However, when I made the reservation over the phone, whoever helped me book it didn't tell me that the ceilings on these units were ONLY 8 feet tall.
