I just want to say that cassandra is a great asset to this business! She is very professional, understanding and tackles any problem with a smile! I was late on my payment but did get it paid. She made sure that the dbl lock was removed for me to get in my unit even though she was super busy she did it immediately and that is the kind of service one hopes for and frankly it makes me happy to know there are still people out there that care about their job like Cassandra does! Bill (the manager) was extremely helpful in getting me a refund and helping me move out even with gate code issues. 5 star service! He went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of, even though I was no longer a customer! Easy to see why this is the busiest extra space storage location in the area!

Clean, climate controlled, and easy to access. What else can you ask for? The staff is very friendly and helpful. I really like how their entire system is set up. I appreciate the motion sensor controlled lights which come on when you need them but go off to save energy. We just finished our use of Extra Space and must say that I would not hesitate to use them again.
