Ashley was absolutely wonderful. She assisted me with keeping my unit and allowing me, to not have to go through the entire process again and move units just to save $$. However, she still saves me $$. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and went over and beyond the call of service to and exceeded my expectations. It's not my problem if you can't keep the bathroom clean when the office is closed. I pay hundreds of dollars every month. I should have access to a restroom on a weekend when I'm accessing the facility that I pay for. We get a facility that's uncomfortably warm in the summer, and cold on the winter. Your customers should at least be able to use the restroom. If you need to pay someone to come in on a Saturday or Sunday to clean it, then pay somebody to come in. That burden doesn't have to shift to the customers that pay combined hundreds of thousands of dollars every month. It's very unfair, and I would recommend anybody goes anywhere else before they pay for this kind of service.
