I am writing about the Store Mgr. Cole Honchen & a previous Mgr. - Michael Marino @ the Deerwood - Jacksonville, FL location. These 2 Professional men I circumstantially came upon and had the pleasure of working with due to the unfortunate incidents with the Store Mgr. @ the Jefferson Rd. location. Not only were they absolutely phenomenal, but went well above and beyond to make sure I was completely taken care of which was a refreshing experience. Their dedication, professionalism, patience and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction made all the difference. They representated their Company with excellence & it was clear how much pride they took in their roles. Other nearby Store Mgrs., esp. the woman @ the Jefferson Rd. location should definitely take lessons from these two! This is what outstanding, exceptional service looks like! A shout out to the Girvin Rd location Ladies who were a close second!

We’ve been renting with Extra Space Storage on Deerwood Park Blvd for about four years now, and it’s been a great experience. When we outgrew our first unit, the team helped us find a bigger one on the first floor that was super convenient and reasonably priced. The staff has always been friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. If we ever need storage again, we hope to find people with the same great attitude!
