The Lecanto, FL location employee's are pleasant and knowledgeable. The units are clean. The lot can be a challenge, if you have a large truck and trailer the turns are really tight. The day we were there another vehicle was on the main isle. Because of how they were parked and their stuff all across the pathway we could not "follow the arrows" to get past them and had to carefully maneuver the truck & trailer in reverse in order to get to my unit. It is doable though. I’d give the company itself less than 1 star because of their rate increase tactics. Their units may start out with decent pricing but, that changes pretty quickly. My rate went from $53.00 to $179.00 + in two years. Once I had the ability to do so, I moved my things to another storage company because of this.

Extra space storage has been an excellent and cost effective way for me to store my things while getting reestablished. Lisa, in particular, has been a fantastic help at the lacato location, and I am so very grateful for her professional and considerate assistance in all my needs. I would highly recommend this location for anyone in need of temporary storage.

The staff at this facility is AMAZING ..they are very kind and helpful and the storage units were clean and monitored..I left this facility only because the price kept going up on our unit.
