I had a great experience at extraspace storage. Dib Hernandez which was the store manager made our storage switch really smooth. I highly recommend coming by here if you ever need a storage. Ask for Dib he’s extremely helpful.

Elle the Assistant Manager was superb in her Customer Service Skills . She was handling 2 customers when I called and she took the time to determine my needs and then asked if she could put me on hold for 3-5 mins while she completed service with the two customers in front of her. Then checked back with me in 3 minutes to reassure me that she had not forgotten me and was completing her transaction with the 2nd cyst and would be with me soon. She made sure she called me by the name I wanted to be called, was friendly, funny, efficient and quick in completing my contract. I haven’t even been there yet, yet feel confident the experience onsite will be equally as efficient and to expectations and how Elle described to me every step of the way! Thank you!
