You know those people who call around for the BEST PRICE, ask a thousand questions, do the "research" before making an informed decision? Yes, that's me! ?? Extra Space provided a competitive price and a clean facility. However, it was customer service that ultimately won me over. The associate I talked to “his name was something Edwards, I want to say Brendon ??" was phenomenal! He spoke to me like I was a person. He answered all my "probably stupid" questions and did so professionally, as opposed to some of these "other places" that take a tone. ?? I appreciate the peace of mind knowing my items are secure, and there are problem solvers I can talk to. ??

Called a few storage places about getting information for a unit I am needing in the future and the service I received from a young man Brandon was phenomenal. Very informative and kind. Pricing was very fair compared to other storage facilities in the area. I will definitely use this location when we move!

I can't say enough good things about my experience with this storage facility and its staff. I was there a few days ago and Brandon was very helpful and knowledgeable regarding the different units. He was very friendly and happy to answer all my questions. It is rare to find employees that treat you like more than just a number, but that is exactly what he did!
