I had a great experience with this facility so far. I enjoyed the ease of signing up to rent a unit online, the cleanliness of the facility itself, and the helpfulness of the staff —all while keeping a distance of 6 feet. I would definitely recommend this business to others; it has been great so far!

Jo Jo is very polite, professional and easy to interact with. I was an existing customer and she helped me transfer to another unit at the facility. She answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns. I would definitely recommend this business to others.

The advertising for the smallest spaces (4x5) is very misleading - it ended up being much smaller than advertised, and in an inaccessible location very high up. The reason this gets 3 rather than 1 is that the office manager was great at handling this, and gave a full refund when we were unhappy with the space.
