VERMIN ISSUES!!!! HAD TO HAVE THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH! DO NOT rent a unit from this location:2650 N Powers Dr, Orlando, FL. When I was in the process of moving my personal belongings towards the end of my lease, I noticed rat/mouse droppings and urine all over my things. I was rented a unit on this location and the property manager did not me advise me that this location has had vermin issues the LAST 2 YEARS!! When I asked the assistant store manager why she didn't advice me of the vermin issue BEFORE I rented the unit, she said that it is bad for business to disclose that information. I told her that it is bad for business to NOT disclose that information to an ongoing customer (Ive rented a storage unit from another location and had no issues). I will never rent a unit again.

You deserved to be fully informed before renting a unit so you could make an educated decision about storing your belongings at this location.
