Honestly if I was writing this review yesterday it would have been five stars. Everything has been great since I moved in in November (3 months ago). Space worked, gate worked, and space was well lit and clean and secure. I had paid easily online and paid 5 months in advance over the first few weeks I was there. Just got paid and went in to buy another few months and noticed my $114 a month 10x20 unit was now $194/mth and was set up to auto pay from my card that I'd authed to be auto paid for $114! When I called to ask what happened, I was told that the rate I'd signed up for what the special online rate and they could change it at any time since they had less availability now. So apparently this place thinks it's good business to drive out the guy who's already moved in and pre paid several months in advance because they think they can get more for the unit? Or maybe they think they can extort more money from me since my property is now filling the unit? Extremely disappointing to now have to find a new unit and move all my stuff because the folks can't be trusted to keep an honest rate. BEWARE the rates they post online are just a bait and switch! Tried calling for two weeks now to discuss the rate, and can't even get a person on the phone or anyone to call me back. This is certainly one way to do business...
