John the manager is a wonderful person. He went above and beyond to help customer (fabulous experience). He is clearly professional and helps resolve all of my concerns and issues. I just find out that if you have a business, Extra Space Storage will allow you to prepaid up to 24 months to lock in the lowest rate. If you are in a tight budget and own a small business, this is the great way to go. Please do yourself a favor call John and start saving today.

John, the site mgr, was nice and informative. As a customer of extra space for over 3 years, it would be nice to have help ONE TIME with late fees though, this is where smaller brands thrive - in helping customers . As a larger brand I know it's doable. It's nice having the 24hr option which wasn't available in prior years.
