Santiago Rodriguez, the assistant manager. I find her to be easy to communicate with and shows herself to be calm, efficient, and very knowledgeable of his position. I truly do care for the human side of him as well, as we get a couple of laughs in while we continue conducting our business. The units are well maintained at all times. Thank you

The new manager Koris is awesome! So friendly, pleasant really takes the time to get to know you! I forgot my key at home, but she didn't hesitate to help me get in and handle all of my needs (which were a little complex due to roommate stuff.) She explained the policies to me in detail, she really knows her stuff. As always, the facilities are clean, organized and immaculate and very calm. I've had plenty of negative experiences with other storage units, but I plan to keep my storage needs here as indefinitely! Thank you, Koris!
