Facility is clean, and well maintained. The pricing is bait and switch. They’ll lure you in with $80 a month pricing, and 3 months later they’ll raise it to $250.

I liked the feature of being able to use a cart to move our stuff. Also, it was nice to have restrooms to use.

My experience was absolutely perfect! Merilyn was beyond resourceful and helpful throughout my entire moving process! She’s a valuable asset to this storage facility. And runs a very tight ship! Everything is so nice and clean great for anybody in any situation regarding moving or just needing extra space! I will definitely be only using this facility from now on!

Merilyn and Anaisa are amazing!! I am so thank for Anaisa's help. She recommended extra space storage after having a nightmare issue with Life storage. Im currently at extra space off colonial and couldnt be happier. The price for my unit is the best in town. But even much more important than price is the condition of the storage facility and staff. This place is SOOOO CLEAN!! Thanks to Merilyn. The security is great as well. You can only go to your floor and even the elevator requires a code. If you see a great price here take it and pay in advance so you can bypass the price increase. Its by far the best unit ive rented. Im super pleased!!
