I was taking some stuff from the storage and I left some artificial grass unattended for actually 2 hours , I got stuck in traffic so by the time i got back one was gone ( I had three long ones) , so I went to the office and told Lindsey the store manger as well as Hermes what had happened and they were extremely nice to me .They found out who took it and the person returned on the very next day. Not to mention, even though I was wrong they were prompt to help me. I just want to say how grateful I am for having such outstanding and professional people working at Extra Place Storage at 7630 Sand Lake Rd. Thank you so much!!
