We used Extra Space for about a year. We signed up, customer service was great, very helpful and courteous. The whole area, from office, lot and storage areas were neat and clean. The security is great too. When we picked up our vehicle, the office was closed (after hours) and before I had a chance to call them, they called the next morning to confirm we took the car and if we were closing out. The truck looked greatI confirmed and she provided me with an email confirmation. Overall we were very happy. Thank you!!!
