This is the second time I have used this Facility, and both times have been nothing but positive, and hospitable communication! Needed to store my vessel last minute, and they gave me a fair price, and had everything completed and the boat stored in under 30 minutes! If you live in the Parrish area, I highly recommend them!

After moving my trailer 3 times from different locations due to rate hikes I was finally able to land on this location which has been very convenient due to my residence being close by. It's a very safe facility and easy to access. The manager here was very kind and has been very transparent with the process. Just a few days ago I received a rate hike and was very distraught about possibly having to move again due to the doubling of the rate hike price. After talking to the manager there she presented another rate to me that was very comparable to what I was already paying so that I could stay there longer. I was very impressed by her willingness to work with me and she understood my frustration. It doesn't make any sense to my corporate companies like this one want to jump rates on customers that are good paying customers and just need a place to safely stow there personal belongings. They are doing a disservice to them by doing this especially during a time of inflated prices on other things. This needs to change and Extra Space is a massive company that can more than afford to retain their clientele instead of pressure them with ridiculous rate hikes. A special thanks goes to this manager for thinking more about her site clients and being willing to work with them. I'll be sticking around for now......and hopefully longer!
