I have always had a good experience with employees at this location, but today an employee went above and beyond and help cut a lock off that we had lost a key to. She had her proper safety gear. It was very prompt, quick and professional to get the lock off And well mannered when speaking to us. With employees like this, I will always try to make sure I use this companies locations when I need a place for storage.

So far, seamless! The system charged me more than contract couple of times however they credited me back expediently. I received 5 star customer service from Samuel regarding details for my upcoming move out. They taking care of everything so I don’t need to fly down for the move out! Highly recommend them for your storage needs.

This location is clean and safe and the staff is professional, friendly, personable, and compassionate. Well lit inside and outside, & has good climate control. I have been renting a 20x10 unit for three years and just rented an extra 10x15 unit. Very pleased.
