I have rented multiple units at Extra Space Storage- over the last eight years between Orlando and south Florida. Not only ifs the facility clean and comfortable but the staff at the 1001 NE 1st Ave. location in Pompano Beach has provided exceptional customer service. I’ve had to move items multiple times from and to larger or smaller size units in this facility, and Shavon and G have been nothing but generous and kind in helping me with the transitions. They have made my moves more efficient which effective. Shavon always comes to check on me and is a face I see regularly and always has a smile. And I appreciate the fact that they have larger units.??
