Very courteous staff that took time to explain everything and was very mindful of keeping place tidy and parking lot was very accessible. Had almost 1000 units, was impressed with cleanliness of the whole place. I wish they had 24 hour access but otherwise very good.

If it hadn't been for a confirmation call from Vanessa, I would have lost my unit because of a discrepancy in dates. I was treated very courteously and Vanessa is so thorough and friendly. Perfectly suited for dealing with the public.

I love it !extra space is awesomely clean ,helpful on everything to A to Z !Straight up as advertised ! One exception the timer went off when I was in the back of my unit ? ??

Taylor was so kind to me and my 86 y/o dad. She worked hard to find a solution that was going to work best for him. The storage building and parking lot are spotless. I would definitely recommend using this facility for storage.

An absolutely fantastic team of employees. From the 1st phone call I made till move in day everyone was incredibly helpful and informative. This was my first time renting a storage unit and the staff was great. The building is clean and units are easy to get around in. I highly recommend and will definitely use them again if the need arises.

My wife and I had rented a unit back in October. Due to the constantly changing world we live in now, our plans changed multiple times. The communication with Taylor is always clear and friendly. I now have two storage boxes (moved in at separate times) and a short term parking spot. I am extremely happy with the service and the security. I also appreciate staff that go the extra mile to make sure my spaces are safe (witnessed other customers attempt to breach security and it was handled immediately)

The facility is very well maintained, and the staff was very professional. On the day we got our unit, Melissa was amazing. She explained all the cost associated with our contract and the do’s and don’ts in regards to the facility property. She gave my wife piece of mind as far as the security of the facility goes, knowing her stuff was going to be safe. Thanks for all the help and assurances Melissa. We will definitely be recommending Extra Space Storage to our friends and family.
