Rachel is such a blessing, very pleasant, knowledgeable and easy to work with, she got everything squared away for me in no time, her knowledge of everything made my experience top notch and stress free. Lynette at Extra Space Storage in port charlotte, off of Paulson drive, always goes above and beyond with her customer service. My Son & I made an hour drive to our storage unit today & had an issue with our lock when we got there, Lynette walked out with us and immediately took care of the situation. After a few hours of being there, she brought us out bottles of water because she noticed we were still there! I appreciate her customer service every time we've spoke & today was above and beyond.
