I like the customer service at this storage. They called me after finalizing my rental online, explained the process for when I come in to move, answered my questions thoroughly and they had a friendly disposition. When I came in, I saw a smiling face and was assisted just as friendly. Keep in mind the man on the phone was not the same person I met at the facility so the team as a whole was great. I was assisted to my unit, received full explanation on how everything operates with the grounds of the facility, and how the gate opens and closes for my unit. Overall satisfaction!

I kept property in extra space storage on Peacock for just about a year. Great facility. Always clean and very well maintained. The staff was always very professional and accommodating. We were very pleased with our decision to use this facility.
