Renee was very helpful and accommodating to the immediate need of a storage space. Although one 10x20' unit was unavailable, I was able to get two 10x10' units and merge the two on the same account. Space was climate controlled, clean, and easy to purchase with a free month added.

The whole process was made less stressful thanks to Renee. She was very kind, walked me through the process, showed me a unit, and was even awesome enough to give me a recommendation for the size that I might need with the information I gave her. Our family rented three storage units over the last year and a half. We were at our units numerous times during that period. The facility was always well kept and the unit temperatures cool. We are especially thankful we had many opportunities to deal with the property manager Rene Archer at the Viera site (#7662). Our family cannot say enough about her as a manager, how helpful she and courteous was on all of out visits to the units. We have used multiple storage units over a long period of time and have never come across someone like. We will actually miss seeing her now that we have moved our possessions into a new home. Thanks Rene, for everything.

Pretty good storage place! It's clean and well maintained!! 2 reasons I didn't offer 5 Stars. 1. More carts are needed. I think there's only 2 or 3 available. A couple times, they were all in use. And 2. Limited parking. There's only 4 parking spots, plus 2 handicap spots. Also, you can't prop the door open for very long, without a blaring security is alarm that sounds off!! That's a bit frustrating, but I'm not docking for that, since I do appreciate the added element of security!

We have stored with this facility for a number of years. The facility used to be called Prime Storage and recently changed management to Extra Storage Space. This facility has always been super clean and the personnel very friendly and helpful. Kara is fantastic! She is always helpful and knowledgable. We highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a clean and friendly storage space.
