I am having a great experience with my rental space for my belongings. I feel the space is safe for my stuff and is in a great location. The customer service is amazing, I needed help with my rental unit payment and Bert has been amazing at helping me with the payment increase. She was so sweet and helpful, top notch customer service! I've had a storage unit at Extra Space storage in Sanford for a little over 2 years, and couldn't be happier with the service, staff and facility. Super-friendly and accommodating staff. Bert is awesome! She's gone above and beyond to assist me and attend to my requests. She is patient, resourceful and an exemplary asset to the organization.
