Today had the opportunity to meet Mike Thomason, the storage manager of my rental facility. To say Mike was helpful is an understatement. I truly appreciate his help, information and willingness to help me with my Rapid rental. I have been a customer for 5 months now and signed up online, not only did Mike help me with managing my two units but he helped me to get a discount on my unit. Extra Space storage was a pleasure to do business with. Mike was especially amazing and was always there to help. The only issue was the fluctuation of prices and I couldn’t keep adjusting my budget. Outside of that, I would definitely recommend.

This is my pre-review before officially utilizing the space... Mike, the manager has been extremely friendly to me and patient. I asked a LOT of questions, because I've never done anything like this before, and he was very gracious and explained everything well. I can see that he truly cares about us and our belongings and isn't just looking for a quick profit. He was sincere in his communication, and we trust that our belongings will be safe and secure here. UPDATE: Post-User Review... Our 2 cars were perfectly safe and left unharmed for 3 months by anybody or anything! Also, we were extremely happy that my parents were able to get our vehicles for us when our plans changed; we just gave them our spot numbers, and the gate access info. The flexibility of a trusted individual we gave access to in order to get our vehicles for us was helpful beyond measure. We couldn't be more pleased with our experience. Thanks again Mike!(:

Mike, the manager in Sanford, was excellent. Made moving in and out a breeze. The unit was clean, great AC in the building. It’s a little tight to navigate the property with a trailer, but I’d definitely store here again if the need arises.
