I couldn’t rate Mike or the facility any higher—they were outstanding. I had previously stored my belongings at a competitor who lacked communication and failed to notify me when their elevator was down for service. Frustrated with the unprofessionalism, I decided to switch to a facility I could truly rely on. After speaking with several storage locations in the area, Mike and Extra Space Storage stood out immediately. Mike was courteous, friendly, and clearly explained all payment details and expectations in a way that was focused entirely on the customer. It was refreshing to experience that level of professionalism—something that used to be standard but has become all too rare. There was absolutely no gray area, and I really appreciate that level of clarity. Thank you to Mike, the team, and Extra Space Storage on Route 46 in Sanford!
