ExtraSpace runs an excellent facility. It's clean, well lit, and kept at a constant temp ... not that easy in sunny Florida! Max the manager goes out of his way to make sure any move-in or move-out can be done without a problem. The location is convenient for Lakewood Ranch or anywhere west along University. Plus, there are tons of restaurants, C-stores, and the mall nearby for those well-deserved breaks from all the loading and moving. I highly recommend this ExtraSpace location.

The property managers were very timely in contacting me about getting a unit at this location. When I arrived, I received a warm welcome and a tour of the facility as well as the unit I was going to aquire. Very knowledgeable and the staff even recommended starting a career at Extra Space Storage. I would highly recommend this location for your storage needs.
