I'm very familiar with this store that's located just off I-75 and and as equally convenient to the locals and I have to say it is above grade the atmosphere, the staff, the management and overall performance and maintenance of this store and I will continue to shop there.

Every since we have been clients at Extra Space Storage at the Bee Ridge/ Mauna Loa location, we have been treated like gold. Tim has definitely gone above and beyond to ensure 5 star quality everything. I strongly recommend this company and especially this location if you are looking for storage.

So much better than climate control facilities. This is Florida air conditioning is a must to keep stuff getting mildew. Facility is clean and staff very nice.
