- I am still very pleased with our storage solution choice. Carrie is always helpful when I have questions. Even after a couple of years, the facility is still clean and always lit brightly. Still recommend Extra Space Storage to anyone! — REVIEW AFTER 3 MONTHS -- I am very pleased with this facility. Carrie is always helpful and very friendly. Every time I’ve gone into the building, it’s always clean and even has a clean bathroom. Plus there are always dollies right by the front by the door. I would definitely recommend Extra Space Storage to anyone! It was very quick and easy to reserve a storage unit online. Then going in to see Carrie (at the Sebring location) was awesome. She answered all my questions and was very nice and friendly. Can’t wait to move my stuff in.

Renting this storage unit was so simple. Did everything online, got my code. When we arrive just went in got to our unit and starting moving stuff in. Did not have to see or bother anyone. But they do have someone there to talk you if you need assistance. 10/10

When I moved in it was about $60. I’ve been getting hit with non stop rent increases in a short period of time. Haven’t even been in there a year and had my rent increased about 5 times. Now it’s up to $202. Have to be constantly negotiating with management for discounts and on the look out for rent increases letters in the mail. This is not an upfront and honest business model. Rather they are taking advantage of the fact that you did the immense work of moving all you stuff in and it’s a pain to move it out. Hook you with a cheap price to get you in and then stab you in the back. Avoid at all costs unless you don’t care how much money you spend.
