I needed climate controlled storage urgently. ESS came through for me from the online easy registration to the very helpful Paúl Mckean at the reception counter. He explained everything I was signing up for and walked me through the process! No matter where you are, this is the place you should store your possessions! Many thanks to ESS!

AMAZING SERVICE! I had Sebastian over the phone and Paul in the store. They both were extremely helpful. Paul knows I lost all my belongings to the hurricane and Paul tried to save me as much money as possible. I currently have three units here and I would not go anywhere else. Paul even came out to help put my jet ski inside the unit. I’ve went to many storage units, and by far the customer service is the best here! Thank you so much guys!!

I had a great experience with this location, formally Life Storage. Most Storage units I've had in the past have bad issues with bugs, BUT not with this location, I was there 2+ years. Office staff (Paul) have always be very On top of Everything. I would return there if ever needed. 10 star's

I've used extra space storage a couple separate times over the years and always have a good experience. The staff is friendly and helpful. I've used two different facilities and both are safe and clean. The price got a little out of my budget so I had to make other accommodations and move out of my storage recently but I would recommend extra space storage.

The manager at the facility on 49th St. is super super nice really nice guy. Everything is clean but I really like is that unit were elevated so I was not worried about flooding during the hurricane all the lights work. The gate always worked. I mean it was a great experience, I highly recommend them especially this one on 49th
