They are awesome and very professional. I am a travel nurse and I felt very secure with my belongings being there. They communicate and really work with you. Upon my move out, I didn’t have enough bags for the trash and didn’t have time to run to the store before the gate locked. I left message and they got it for me and didn’t charge me! Outstanding service and I will rent again if needed. Thank you Extra Space! I’m grateful and made the right choice!

Loved how easy and seamless the booking process was to get my storage unit. After doing so online I arrived in person to pick up my keys where I was helped by Archie who was very friendly and gave me the quick but thorough run through of the facility. Definitely recommend this place for your storage needs.

Rapid Rental? Seriously. Paid online, pack my car down, show up an hour later and the gate code do not work. I literally spoke to an employee that encouraged me to sign up online due to it being close to their office closing time. I am definitely annoyed!!
