Constant issues with elevator. I have been unable to get into my unit multiple times with no employee available for assistance. Because of this, I called another storage place and they quoted me the same size unit (climate controlled) for $100 less than what I'm currently paying at Extra Space.

After my late husband Earl passed away I came in to get a storage unit to put all his belongings in until I could figure out what to do with them. I was lost and not sure who to turn to. The manager Marty was very friendly. She helped me answer all the questions. She was very patient with me through the whole process. I know with her there all my belongings will be safe. Thank you for hiring people that truly care.

I am at a complete loss for words! Martha did everything in her power to make sure my move was as seamless as humanly possible. I’ve been to several extra space storage locations, and this one is by far the most well managed! If I could give her all the money in my bank account for this wonderful experience, I would without question! She’s the best and brightest storage facility manager I’ve ever been with, and I don’t put that lightly. Thank you so much Martha! I hope you make it far within the company!
