This is not an accessible facility in my opinion. There are two bays and a steep ramps on either side. It’s perfect if you have a truck but I have a very small sedan. I lost an RV washing machine that fell from the top of the bay. The manager blamed it on me and I did walk away for a second to get my code but the cart started rolling on its own and I was alone. I cried! It’s $150 I won’t get back. The carts are not well made and seem cheap! Also the light over my unit is out so I can’t see anything in my space. They said the lights are on back order, smh. The facility is reasonably clean and the price was decent. There are two elevators. The elevator doors annoy me though because they close quickly. I think the timer on them needs to be changed- public storage elevator doors do the same thing. The devil is in the details but moving stinks and they really should make it more bearable. The guy told me that they were limited due to code on the area but I think it could have been designed better. They could take out the office in the front- make it smaller and make it so people can drive up with their cars. I think the office is a waste of space if you ask me because all I see is an employee scrolling on the internet and no customers. Everything is online now. That’s my two whole cents lol
